BRILINI Jewelry is completely waterproof thanks to the Gold PVD coating. You can confidently wear your jewelry in the shower, at the gym, and even at the beach. They will never lose their color!
Are your jewelry hypoallergenic?
Yes, all our jewelry pieces are nickel-free and suitable for everyone with allergies or sensitive skin. They are designed to be hypoallergenic and safe to wear.
How do I take care of my jewelry?
When caring for your gold, silver, and other precious jewelry, it is important to avoid using harsh chemicals or cleaning products that can damage the quality of the piece. We recommend using a soft cleaning cloth to remove any fingerprints or oils that may have accumulated from normal wear.

What is your turnaround time?
Handmade items take time to make, but we promise the wait is worth it! Most of our items take up to 3 days to produce, but name necklaces can take up to 10 days for us to craft.
Where Do You Ship From?
For US and Canada orders, we ship from our Los Angeles warehouse. For the rest of the world, we ship from our partners warehouse located in the United Kingdom.
How Do I Track My Order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us that includes your package's tracking number. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for our shipping partners to update the tracking number on their end.
Do You Accept Returns or Exchanges?

Can I Cancel My Order?
We understand that sometimes you will need to cancel or modify an order. Therefore, we will accept cancellations or modifications to a recent order within the first 12 hours of the order date.
When are you expecting a restock?
We typically restock most products within 2 weeks. Please subscribe to our newsletters to be notified when the product is back in stock.
