Refund Policy

Returns: We are pleased to accept returns.

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of dispatch confirmation for your item. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm the receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a specific timeframe.

Your parcel is insured against loss, theft, or damage. If you have not received your parcel within 90 days of the dispatch confirmation email, please contact us using our customer services form, and we will refund or replace the order as necessary.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

If you have not yet received your refund, we recommend checking your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as there may be a processing delay before the refund is officially posted. If the issue persists, please contact your bank. Sometimes, there is a processing time required for the refund to be reflected. Sale Items (if applicable):

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Certain Goods Exempt from Returns:

Please note that several types of goods cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Items purchased during a sale.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you have received a faulty option.

In such cases, we may request a photo of the defective item you received.

Warranty:

Timeframe - Free within 7 days from the delivery date.

We take pride in our work and the quality of our products, and we value your satisfaction. However, mistakes can happen. If any of the following apply to your order within the 7-day warranty period, please contact us through the provided contact form:

  • Manufacturing defects, such as a broken chain or faulty clasp.
  • Errors or missing items, such as stamping errors, wrong size, or missing items.

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift during purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Cancellation:

We accept cancellations or modifications to orders within the first 6 hours from the order date.

In the case of cancellation, there will be a transactional fee of $5.00.
